14.1 外观性状：硫酸锌分子式ZnSO4.H2O，白色或微棕黄色细颗粒粉末，易溶于水。
14.2 产品用途：主要用于制造锌钡白和其他锌盐的原料，粘胶纤维和尼纶纤维等重要辅助原料，农业复合肥料，印染媒染剂、木材与皮革保存剂、骨胶澄清及保存剂、医药催吐剂和杀真菌剂，食品、电镀、选矿、防止果树苗病害、循环冷却水处理等。
14.3 生产主要原料：锌渣灰或氧化锌、菱锌矿粉及硫酸等适宜的原料。
14.4 生产主要工艺：化合>净化>精制>蒸浓>结晶>分离>干燥>包装。
14.5 生产主要设备：化合器、净化器、精制器、蒸浓器、结晶器、耐腐泵、高效旋净器、分离器、离心机、风机、流态干燥机等。
14.6 产品质量：ZnSO4.H2O含量% 95-98，≥95%为合格品。

14.1 Appearance and Properties: The chemical formula of zinc sulfate is ZnSO4.7H2O. It is a white or slightly brownish-yellow crystalline substance that is easily soluble in water. Another name: zinc alum.
14.2 Product Applications: Primarily used as a raw material for manufacturing zinc barium white and other zinc salts, as well as important auxiliary materials for viscose fibers and nylon fibers, agricultural compound fertilizers, dyeing mordants, wood and leather preservatives, bone glue clarification and preservation agents, pharmaceutical emetic agents and fungicides, food, electroplating, mineral processing, prevention of tree seedling diseases, and treatment of circulating cooling water, etc.
14.3 Main Raw Materials for Production: Suitable raw materials such as zinc slag ash or zinc oxide, rhodochrosite powder, and sulfuric acid.
14.4 Main production processes: Reaction > Purification > Refining > Concentration > Crystallization > Separation > Drying > Packaging.
