1.1 外观性状：氧化锌分子式ZnO,是一种白色或微灰黄色的细微粉末固体。难溶于水。别称：锌氧粉，锌白，锌白粉，中国白。
1.2 产品用途：用途非常广泛，几乎遍及国民经济的各个部门。主要用于橡胶、陶瓷、脱硫剂、塑料、有机合成催化剂、印染、涂料、饲料添加剂、硫酸锌、碳酸锌、硝酸锌、纸张、皮革、火柴、电缆、润滑油、石油脱硫、天然气原料气脱硫等。
1.3 生产主要原料：锌含量≥18%的适宜原料。
1.4 生产主要工艺：配料>压制>碳化>氧化>分离>冷却>收粉>包装。
1.5 生产主要设备：搅拌机、压球机、碳化室、氧化室、分离室、V冷系统、收粉系统、风机、高效旋净器、电控除尘器、循环池、温控装置等。
1.6 产品质量：根据原料不同，生产的氧化锌含量见下表所示。

1.1 Appearance and Properties: Zinc oxide has the chemical formula ZnO. It is a fine white or slightly grayish yellow powder solid. It is insoluble in water. Other names: zinc oxide powder, zinc white, zinc white powder, Chinese white.
1.2 Product Applications: The applications are very extensive, covering almost all sectors of the national economy. It is mainly used in rubber, ceramics, desulfurizers, plastics, organic synthesis catalysts, printing and dyeing, coatings, feed additives, zinc sulfate, zinc carbonate, zinc nitrate, paper, leather, matches, cables, lubricating oil, petroleum desulfurization, natural gas raw gas desulfurization, etc.
1.3 Main raw materials for production: Suitable raw materials with zinc content of ≥18%.
1.4 Main production process: Mixing > Pressing > Carbonization > Oxidation > Separation > Cooling > Powder collection > Packaging.
1.5 Main production equipment: Mixer, balling machine, carbonization chamber, oxidation chamber, separation chamber, V cooling system, powder collection system, fan, high-efficiency dust collector, electrically controlled dust remover, circulation tank, temperature control device, etc.
1.6 Product quality: Depending on the raw materials, the content of the produced zinc oxide is shown in the table below.
